Our Founders
Amanda Matias, Esq.
CO-FOUNDER + CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Amanda Matias is a Florida-licensed business attorney, entrepreneur, and intuitive advisor recognized for blending legal expertise with strategic business vision, powerful negotiation, and conscious leadership.
As the CEO & Founder of Aligned Business & Sports Counsel, P.A., Amanda specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, general counsel services, contracts, and negotiations, representing professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and founders in high-level business ventures, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. Known for her precision and presence at the negotiating table, she helps clients build and protect their legacies through strategic structure and aligned legal guidance.
Amanda is also the Co-Founder of the Women’s Professional Collective (WPC), a national organization dedicated to mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development for women entrepreneurs. Across her ventures, she is building an integrated ecosystem that empowers leaders to rise — combining legal clarity, business strategy, and energetic alignment to create lasting impact and generational success.

Angela Devlen
CO-FOUNDER + CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Angela is a multi-passionate entrepreneur and author. She is the founder of Meridian Ventures, an advisory and technology company serving founders, executives, and their boards on strategy and resilient leadership.
Her 30-year career has taken her around the globe, where she has established social enterprises in developing countries promoting sustainable development, disaster risk reduction, and women’s health. She previously served as CEO for 15 years at Wakefield Brunswick, a consulting firm she founded that advises healthcare organizations on risk and resiliency.
Angela offers a cross-section of experiences that inform her unique perspective on business, global risk, healthcare, leadership, and resilience. She is regularly sought out as a speaker and educator for her stories of real-life experiences that translate into actionable guidance.
She currently serves on various boards and is the Executive Director of The Dysautonomia Project.

Jacqui McCray
CO-FOUNDER + CHIEF TALENT OFFICER
Jacqui is an entrepreneur and leader based in the Tampa Bay area who is recognized for founding and owning several organizations focused on empowerment and positive change. She is the Founder of Top of the Town Marketing, served as Principal Talent Advisor for VMware, and Co-Founder of the Women's Professional Collective. Jacqui’s experience spans over twenty-five years and includes talent acquisition, DE&I initiatives, consulting for global companies, and strategic leadership in corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Her expertise also covers business development, technical recruitment, and educational outreach. Jacqui is known for her commitment to relationship-building, empathy, and adaptability, especially in diverse and changing environments. She has led recruiting teams in major tech organizations, built talent pipelines, and championed women’s professional development and representation in business.
Her professional impact is centered on creating opportunities for others, fostering collaboration, and inspiring personal and organizational development.
